About Us

CT's first office opened in Jersey City, NJ, with 44 employees. Today, CT is based in New York City and has more than 1,500 employees in 43 cities nationwide. It offers services and solutions in the following areas:

  • CT's hCue, a Web-hosted collaborative tool for corporate records management, board solutions and SEC Section 16 filings;

  • CT's Independent Director Staffing, which provides an independent director/member or multiple/springing directors/members for Bankruptcy remote transactions; and

Litigation Solutions:
